In 1885, Theodore Roosevelt and his family moved into a large house in Oyster Bay, New York. Over the next 30 years,
the Roosevelt clan enjoyed many adventures in the home they called Sagamore Hill. This sumer, after more than three years and $10 million in renovations, the National Historic Site was reopened to the public—and attendance is up.
